These terms apply to the use of news-loot.com and its content. The site is operated by Martin Staudenbauer, Kalvarienbergstraße 42, 8020 Graz, Austria.
Our content
Text, summaries and editorial ratings are original work by NEWsLoot and protected by copyright. Quotes with attribution are welcome; copying whole articles or videos is not.
Imagery
Videos and images use excerpts from official publisher material for news coverage; rights to trademarks, screenshots and trailers stay with the respective publishers. We answer objections from rights holders within 48 hours.
Liability
We work carefully but accept no liability for the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information provided, in particular for stories labelled a rumour. Dates and prices can change.
Third-party links
The operators of any linked external site (YouTube, TikTok, sources) are solely responsible for its content.
Newsletter
The newsletter is opt-in, free of charge and can be cancelled with one click at any time (double opt-in). It usually goes out weekly.
TikTok app
The NEWsLoot Publisher app is this website's publishing connection to TikTok. We operate it ourselves; it publishes only reels produced by our newsroom to the channels @newsloot and @newsloot.de and uses TikTok's official APIs for that, whose terms and community guidelines we comply with. We are responsible for all content published through the app. The app is provided as is; we may change or discontinue it at any time.

We may change these terms with effect for the future; the current version is always the one on this page.
